At Naked & Famous Denim, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your denim is in original condition with all tags attached; please note that hemmed or customized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Request
Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Authorization number.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items and include the return form; use the provided prepaid shipping label or your preferred carrier to send the package to our warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the quality of the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
